Registration Notice
- For a single full paper publication, 6 pages are included. Any additional pages will incur an extra charge.
- Required documents: 1. final paper in Word and PDF formats; 2. scanned payment proof. Please send the package to aaiee@sciei.org to complete the registration.
- A student ID copy or IEEE member ID is necessary to register at the student/IEEE MEMBER rate.
- Registrations for accepted papers must be submitted before the deadline and are non-refundable. Late registration may result in a delay in the publication of your paper.
- Pay attention! After you have submitted all required materials and completed the registration process, your paper will undergo further editing by our editors before being published. If any issues arise, the conference secretary will contact you promptly via email or phone. Please make sure to check your email regularly and keep your cellphone accessible. Failure to make the necessary revisions and submit the modified paper before the deadline will result in the cancellation of publication without any refund.
